β-copaene synthase from Creative Enzymes

Isolated from the fungus Coprinus cinereus. The enzyme also forms (+)-Δ-cadinene, β-cubebene, (+)-sativene and traces of several other sequiterpenoids. β-Copaene is formed in the presence of Mg2+ but not Mn2+.
