Description
Interleukin-21 isoform 1 or IL21, categorized as a T helper cytokine. IL21 is part of the regulation of immune responses, haematopoiesis and cell-mediated responses. IL21 takes a main part in haematopoiesis and immune responses regulation, therefore can affect lymphocyte development. Activation of T cells leads to production of the IL21 which has an important role in the viral infections persistence.
IL21 Canine Recombinant produced in E Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 130 amino acids (18-146a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15kDa
