Short Description: Recombinant human NONO was expressed in a baculovirus expression system as the full-length protein (accession number NP_031389.3) with an N-terminal DYKDDDDK-Tag. The molecular weight of the protein is 57.2 kDa. The NONO protein is >90% pure by SDS-PAGE. It is suitable for analysis of transcriptional regulation and RNA splicing in vitro
