Short Description: Recombinant GR was expressed in a baculovirus system (accession number NM 000176) with an N-terminal His-Tag and purified by an affinity column in combination with FPLC chromatography. The purified recombinant protein is greater than>=95% homogeneous and contains no detectable protease, DNase and RNase activity. Recombinant GR is suitable for DNA-protein (gelshift) and protein-protein interaction assays
