Molecular WeightRecombinant protein product has a calculated molecular mass of 45 kDa. Due to the abundant glycosylation, it migrates as approximately 55 kDa major protein band in SDS-PAGE under DTT, beta-mercaptoethanol reducing conditions. The minor small protein bands (∼22 and 40 kDa) are likely the cleaved products. It is very similiar to SARS CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (Cat. 230-30164). After deglycosylation under native and denature conditions, the protein presented as one reduced ∼50 kDa major band. See deglycosylation analysis image below
