Description

A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD (YP_009724390.1, with mutation L452R, T478K) (Arg319-Phe541) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as variant B.1.617.2) which emerged in the India
