Description: EPHX1 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 442 amino acids (21-455 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 51.5kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa). EPHX1 is expressed with an 7 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
