Tte-UvrD Helicase is a thermostable helicase (UvrD from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis) used for suppressing non-template, nonspecific amplification in isothermal reactions (mainly LAMP). It is compatible with all LAMP and RT-LAMP reactions and can eliminate false positives and non-template control amplification without affecting positive reactions.
