Contains the Nucleocapsid protein immunodominant region. Contains GST fusion partner. Immunoreactive with SARS positive sera. Molecular weight is 31.6 kDa. May appear as multiple bands on SDS-PAGE (intact protein at 31.6 kDa, GST fusion protein at 26 kDa and the Nucleocapsid fragment at 5.6 kDa)
