Description
The recombinant human CD3e-CD3d heterodimer is co-expressed as 2 chains: (1) a 326-amino acid CD3e-Fc chain consisting of Gln22 – Val118 region of CD3e and a C-terminal Fc from human IgG1; (2) a 317-amino acid CD3d-Fc fusion consisting of Phe22 - Met92 region of CD3d and a C- terminal Fc from human IgG1. It exists as a dimer of heterodimer under non-reducing condition
