Description
PBMC were thawed following our standard procedure and suspended in culture medium at 2.5 million cells per mL. They were then dispensed into a U bottom 96 well plate at 100 uL per well and diluted antigens were added at 100 uL per well to achieve the indicated concentrations. Culture medium was collected after 4 days and interferon gamma was measured by ELISA. The two lot numbers refer to two different lots of CMV antigen
