Western blot analysis of SuperSignal MW markers (Lane1), Load: 50 ng per lane (Lane2) using Human AKT3 (phosphatase treated) protein|Western blot analysis of Human Recombinant Protein using Human AKT3 (phosphatase treated) protein
Supplier Page from Biorbyt for Human AKT3 (phosphatase treated) protein
Application Notes: Human AKT3 (phosphatase treated) recombinant protein has been tested in SDS-Protein and western blot and is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-AKT3 in immunological assays. Akt3 recombinant protein is dephosphorylated and in an inactive state. It is well suited as a control for anti-AKT pT308 which detects phosphorylated T308 residue, and anti-AKT pS473, that detects phosphorylated S473. For western blot use at 50 ng or less. For other assays concentration is user optimized.
