OXSR1 encodes calcium-binding proteins which expressed mainly in neurons and regulates G protein-coupled receptor phosphorylation in a calcium-dependent way. OXSR1 regulates downstream kinases in response to environmental stress and functions in regulating the actin cytoskeleton.
