Description
The Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WASp) is the founding member of a family of proteins that have emerged as crucial effectors of Rho GTPases and activators of the cytoskeletal organizing complex Arp2/3. WASp has been shown to be intimately involved in many pathways that influence the function of the immune system. WASp-121 comprises the amino acids 201-321 of the native WASp sequence. This domain is essential for the binding of Cdc42 to WASp. The GST-Tag facilitates the protein‘s application in typical GST pull down assays
