Highly sensitive fluorescent probe for the real-time detection of nitric oxide (NO) in vivo. In the cell, the product reacts rapidly with NO in the presence of O2 to form the highly fluorescent compound triazolofluorescein (DAF-2T, Ex 495nm; Em 515nm). Not for sale in Japan
