Cell permeable photo-stable nitric oxide (NO) fluorescent indicator, that is hydrolyzed to DAF-FM by intracellular esterases (Ex: 500nm; Em: 515nm). Stable in a pH range of 5.5-12. High yield (quantum efficiency). Detection limit 3nM. Not for sale in Japan
