Contains the VZV gE immunodominant regions. Contains GST fusion partner. Immunoreactive with VZV positive sera. This amino acid sequence has 100% homology with VZV strains Dumas, MSP, VIA, VZV-32, LAX-2, LAX-1, Oka, Iceland, VZV-80-2 and VZV-VSD
