Description
Interleukin-10 is a multifunctional cytokine produced by a variety of cell types including T helper cells activated B cells and activated macrophages. Interleukin-10 regulates immune-mediated inflammation and modulates the function of cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, natural killer cells and dendritic cells. Our recombinant Interleukin-10 comprises a 160 amino acid fragment (19-178) corresponding to the mature Interleukin-10 protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
