GID8 ELISA Kits

GID8 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GID complex subunit 8 homolog, which is encoded by the GID8 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is an important component of the CTLH E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex that selectively accepts ubiquitin from UBE2H and mediates ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the transcription factor HBP1. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 228 residues, a mass of 26.7 kDa, and is a member of the GID8 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include TWA1, glucose-induced degradation protein 8 homolog, protein C20orf11, two hybrid associated protein No. 1 with RanBPM, two hybrid-associated protein 1 with RanBPM, and C20orf11.

Some GID8 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
