GATB ELISA Kits

GATB ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glutamyl-tRNA amidotransferase subunit B, which is encoded by the GATB gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in mitochondrial translation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 557 residues, a mass of 61.9 kDa, and is a member of the GatB/GatE protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and is reported to be highly expressed in the tissues characterized by high rates of oxidative phosphorylation (OxPhos), including muscle and heart. The GATB gene has been associated with the disease, Combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency. Other alias names for this target include HSPC199, PET112, PET112L, glutamyl-tRNA(Gln) amidotransferase subunit B, mitochondrial, and COXPD41.

The detection range for different GATB ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
