ADIRF ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein adipogenesis regulatory factor, which is encoded by the ADIRF gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in fat cell development; promotes adipogenic differentiation and stimulates transcription initiation of master adipogenesis factors like PPARG and CEBPA at early stages of preadipocyte differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 76 residues and a mass of 7.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in adipose tissue.
