RNF114 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ring finger protein 114, which is encoded by the RNF114 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and protein ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 228 residues and a mass of 25.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in numerous tissues, including skin, CD4 lymphocytes and dendritic cells. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF114, zinc finger protein 228, zinc finger protein 313, and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF114.
Some RNF114 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
