The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 462 residues, a mass of 50.8 kDa, and is a member of the Nuclear hormone receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in lung fibroblasts. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated, acetylated and phosphorylated.
