RNF41 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ring finger protein 41, which is encoded by the RNF41 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase and regulates the degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 317 residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. It is notably expressed in ovary, testis and prostate. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include NRDP1, SBBI03, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NRDP1, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase NRDP1, and FLRF.
Some RNF41 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
