CLEC2B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 2 member B, which is encoded by the CLEC2B gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 149 residues and a mass of 17.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is noted to be expressed preferentially in lymphoid tissues, and in most hematopoietic cell types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CLECSF2, HP10085, IFNRG1, C-type (calcium dependent, carbohydrate-recognition domain) lectin, superfamily member 2 (activation-induced), and AICL.
There are CLEC2B ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
