RNF152 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ring finger protein 152, which is encoded by the RNF152 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and autophagy pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 203 residues, a mass of 22.4 kDa, and is a member of the RNF152 protein family. It is known to be localized in the lysosomes and is widely expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF152 and RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF152.
