GIT2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GIT ArfGAP 2, which is encoded by the GIT2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a GTPase-activating protein for ADP ribosylation factor family members, including ARF1. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 759 residues and a mass of 84.5 kDa. As many as 11 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CAT2, PKL, ARF GTPase-activating protein GIT2, ARF GAP GIT2, G protein-coupled receptor kinase interacting ArfGAP 2, and CAT-2.
The detection range for different GIT2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
