NFAM1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NFAT activating protein with ITAM motif 1, which is encoded by the NFAM1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to function in immune system as a receptor which activates via the calcineurin/NFAT-signaling pathway the downstream cytokine gene promoters. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 270 residues and a mass of 29.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in neutrophils, primary monocytes, mast cells, monocytic cell lines and lymphocytes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include NFAT activation molecule 1 and calcineurin/NFAT-activating ITAM-containing protein.
Some NFAM1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
