CARMIL3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein capping protein regulator and myosin 1 linker 3, which is encoded by the CARMIL3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell migration and cytoskeleton organization. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1372 residues, a mass of 150.2 kDa, and is a member of the CARMIL protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed, with much higher levels in fetal tissues than in adult ones. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include capping protein regulator and myosin 1 linker protein 3, leucine rich repeat containing 16B, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 16B, and capping protein, Arp2/3 and myosin-I linker protein 3.
There are CARMIL3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
