ADORA1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein adenosine A1 receptor, which is encoded by the ADORA1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for adenosine. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 326 residues, a mass of 36.5 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include RDC7 and adenosine receptor A1.
Some ADORA1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
