These Genesis ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Genesis in biological samples. Genesis is an alias of the human FOXD3 gene, which encodes the protein, forkhead box D3. Notably, Genesis is known to play a role in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and cell differentiation, among other functions. The FOXD3 protein is described to be 478 amino acid residues in length and 47.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in chronic myeloid leukemia, Jurkat T-cell leukemia and teratocarcinoma cell lines, but not in any other cell lines or normal tissues examined. Other names for this target antigen include AIS1. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
