These CARMA3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CARMA3 in biological samples. CARMA3 is an alias of the human CARD10 gene, which encodes the protein, caspase recruitment domain family member 10. Notably, CARMA3 is known to play a role in the assembly of protein complexes and the regulation of apoptosis, among other functions. The CARD10 protein is 1032 amino acid residues in length and 115.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in adult heart, kidney and liver; lower levels in intestine, placenta, muscle and lung. Other names for this target antigen include BIMP1 and IMD89. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
