RAB40C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB40C, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB40C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 281 residues, a mass of 31.3 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RAR (RAS like GTPASE) like, RAR like, RAS-like GTPase, RAS-like, family 8, member C, SOCS box-containing protein RAR3, and ras-related protein Rab-40C.
Some RAB40C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
