These Car1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Car1 in biological samples. Car1 is an alias of the human NR1I3 gene, which encodes the protein, nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 3. Notably, Car1 is known to play a role in cell differentiation and the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The NR1I3 protein is 352 amino acid residues in length and 39.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 15 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in the liver. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include CAR and MB67.
The detection range for different Car1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 7.813 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
