The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 474 residues, a mass of 53.8 kDa, and is a member of the RBR protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated.
