RNF14 ELISA Kits

RNF14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ring finger protein 14, which is encoded by the RNF14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to act as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from specific E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and then transfers it to substrates, which could be nuclear proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 474 residues, a mass of 53.8 kDa, and is a member of the RBR protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include HFB30, HRIHFB2038, TRIAD2, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF14, androgen receptor associated protein 54, and ARA54.

The detection range for different RNF14 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
