RNF20 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ring finger protein 20, which is encoded by the RNF20 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the RNF20/40 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex that mediates monoubiquitination of 'Lys-120' of histone H2B (H2BK120ub1). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 975 residues, a mass of 113.7 kDa, and is a member of the BRE1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in the normal brain and also in malignant gliomas. Other alias names for this target include BRE1 E3 ubiquitin ligase homolog, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase BRE1A, homolog of S. cerevisiae BRE1, and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase BRE1A.
There are RNF20 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
