RO60 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Ro60, Y RNA binding protein, which is encoded by the RO60 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a RNA-binding protein that binds to misfolded non-coding RNAs, pre-5S rRNA, and several small cytoplasmic RNA molecules known as Y RNAs. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 538 residues, a mass of 60.7 kDa, and is a member of the Ro 60 kDa protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SSA2, TROVE2, RNA-binding protein RO60, 60 kDa ribonucleoprotein Ro, Ro/SSA 60kDa, and RORNP.
Some RO60 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
