These CARMA1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CARMA1 in biological samples. CARMA1 is an alias of the human CARD11 gene, which encodes the protein, caspase recruitment domain family member 11. Notably, CARMA1 is known to play a role in B cell differentiation and NF-kappaB signaling pathways, among other functions. The CARD11 protein is described to be 1154 amino acid residues in length and 133.3 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in adult peripheral blood leukocytes, thymus, spleen and liver. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 11, CARD-containing MAGUK protein 1, and bcl10-interacting maguk protein 3.
