ALG10B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ALG10 alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase B, which is encoded by the ALG10B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a putative alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase, which adds the third glucose residue to the lipid-linked oligosaccharide precursor for N-linked glycosylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 473 residues, a mass of 55.4 kDa, and is a member of the ALG10 glucosyltransferase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in heart, placenta, liver, kidney and pancreas. Other alias names for this target include ALG10B, alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase, alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase ALG10-A, alpha-2-glucosyltransferase ALG10-B, and putative Dol-P-Glc:Glc(2)Man(9)GlcNAc(2)-PP-Dol alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase.
The detection range for different Alg10b ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
