POP7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein POP7 homolog, ribonuclease P/MRP subunit, which is encoded by the POP7 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a component of ribonuclease P, a ribonucleoprotein complex that generates mature tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 140 residues, a mass of 15.7 kDa, and is a member of the Histone-like Alba protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include RPP2, RPP20, ribonuclease P protein subunit p20, POP7 (processing of precursor, S. cerevisiae) homolog, RNaseP protein p20, and 0610037N12Rik.
There are POP7 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.125 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
