These Chymase ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Chymase in biological samples. Chymase is an alias of the human CMA1 gene, which encodes the protein, chymase 1. Notably, Chymase is known to play a role in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis and the regulation of angiogenesis, among other functions. The CMA1 protein is 247 amino acid residues in length and 27.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and is secreted. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include CYH and MCT1.
Some Chymase ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 93.8 pg/mL and as high as 5000 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
