SPDYE4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein speedy/RINGO cell cycle regulator family member E4, which is encoded by the SPDYE4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 237 residues, a mass of 27.8 kDa, and is a member of the Speedy/Ringo protein family. It is reported to be highly expressed in the testis. Other alias names for this target include putative Speedy protein E4, speedy homolog E4, and speedy protein E4.
Some SPDYE4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
