RXFP4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein relaxin family peptide/INSL5 receptor 4, which is encoded by the RXFP4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a high affinity receptor for INSL5. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 374 residues, a mass of 41.1 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in a broader range of tissues including brain, kidney, testis, thymus, placenta, prostate, salivary gland, thyroid and colon. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include G protein-coupled receptor 100, G-protein coupled receptor GPCR142, RLN3 receptor 2, insulin-like peptide INSL5 receptor, and relaxin-3 receptor 2.
There are RXFP4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
