NAA20 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20, NatB catalytic subunit, which is encoded by the NAA20 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known catalytic subunit of the NatB complex which catalyzes acetylation of the N-terminal methionine residues of peptides beginning with Met-Asp, Met-Glu, Met-Asn and Met-Gln. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 178 residues, a mass of 20.4 kDa, and is a member of the Acetyltransferase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The NAA20 gene has been associated with the disease, Intellectual developmental disorder. Other alias names for this target include NAT3, NAT3P, NAT5, NAT5P, dJ1002M8.1, N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20, N-acetyltransferase 3 homolog, and MRT73.
Some NAA20 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
