RSPO2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein R-spondin 2, which is encoded by the RSPO2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an activator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 243 residues, a mass of 28.3 kDa, and is a member of the R-spondin protein family. It is known to be secreted. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. The RSPO2 gene has been associated with the disease, Tetraamelia syndrome. Other alias names for this target include R-spondin 2 homolog and roof plate-specific spondin-2.
Some RSPO2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 35 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
