These DFF40 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of DFF40 in biological samples. DFF40 is an alias of the human DFFB gene, which encodes the protein, DNA fragmentation factor subunit beta. Notably, DFF40 is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The DFFB protein is 338 amino acid residues in length and 39.1 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 4 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include CAD, CPAN, and DFF-40.
Some DFF40 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.56 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
