Provided below are ELISA kits targeting chromogranin A, a human protein encoded by CHGA. This protein is 457 amino acids long, with a mass of 50.7 kDa, and is a member of the Chromogranin/secretogranin protein family. This is reported to be a secreted protein. Glycosylation sites have been reported. Other alias names for this protein include: SP-I, betagranin (N-terminal fragment of chromogranin A), catestatin, chromofungin, and betagranin (N-terminal fragment of chromogranin A). ELISA kits are available that are reactive to human, mouse, rat, bovine, and other mammalian variants of the target antigen.
