PRR14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein proline rich 14, which is encoded by the PRR14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to function in tethering peripheral heterochromatin to the nuclear lamina during interphase, possibly through the interaction with heterochromatin protein CBX5/HP1 alpha. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 585 residues and a mass of 64.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes. Other alias names for this target include proline-rich protein 14.
There are Prr14 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
