These Ins1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Ins1 in biological samples. Ins1 is an alias of the human FOXM1 gene, which encodes the protein, forkhead box M1. Notably, Ins1 is known to play a role in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other functions. The FOXM1 protein is 763 amino acid residues in length and 84.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in thymus, testis, small intestine, colon followed by ovary. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include FKHL16, FOXM1A, and FOXM1B.
There are Ins1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 3.13 pg/mL and as high as 1000 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
