These Endophilin-A1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Endophilin-A1 in biological samples. Endophilin-A1 is an alias of the human SH3GL2 gene, which encodes the protein, SH3 domain containing GRB2 like 2, endophilin A1. Notably, Endophilin-A1 is known to play a role in nervous system development and the regulation of gene expression, among other functions. The SH3GL2 protein is described to be 352 amino acid residues in length and 40 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include CNSA2, EEN-B1, and SH3D2A.
Some Endophilin-A1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
